Our client, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, needed a unified analytics dashboard to consolidate customer usage data, billing metrics, and feature engagement into a single source of truth. Their existing setup relied on multiple disconnected tools, making it difficult to make data-driven decisions in real time. Scalify Scale was engaged to design and engineer a custom analytics platform that would scale with their growing user base.
We built a fully responsive web application using a modern React frontend, a Node.js backend, and a PostgreSQL data warehouse. The dashboard surfaces real-time KPIs, custom report builders, and advanced filtering, all behind a clean, intuitive UI that internal teams can navigate without training.
From cohort analysis and churn prediction to revenue tracking and feature adoption funnels, every chart and table was designed around the specific decisions the team needed to make. We also baked in role-based permissions, automated reporting, and CSV/PDF export to support cross-departmental workflows.
